Insurance Coverage

Many insurance companies cover treatment by a naturopathic physician. Presently in Oregon, most major health insurance carriers consider Naturopathic Doctors (ND’s) as Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), and offer benefits through alternative health care plans. If you have insurance coverage for Naturopathic Medicine, Dr. Woodyard offers complimentary billing to your insurance company.

Please contact your insurance directly to see if Dr. Melissa Woodyard is an in network provider with your plan and to find out details about your coverage. If you do not have insurance coverage, we offer a discount and require payment in full at the time of service.

* Note: NOT ALL treatments provided by Nurture Family Health, LLC are covered by Insurance companies and those treatments will required to be paid in full at time of service. Insurance reimbursement is based on eligibility. Patients are responsible for any amount not covered under their insurance plan, as well as any co-pays or deductibles. Payment is due at the time of service.
