Dr. Woodyard has MOVED! She is very excited to announce her new clinic Nurture Family Health, LLC is located inside Wellness At The Center at 8401 NE Halsey St., Suite 101, Portland, OR 97220. She is joined by an Acupuncturist Dixie Young, LAc and Massage Therapist Trent Wilson, LMT. The Clinic is conveniently located near NE 82nd and NE Halsey Street with convenient access from both I-205 and I-84.
